Forest Bathing Walks
Available online or in person
Come experience nature up close.
See the green. Smell the crisp freshness.
Hear the rustling of the leaves.
Feel the brush of the breeze against your face.
Have time to think.
Find that place of peace within.
Feel joy build inside you.
And when you leave, you'll carry it with you...
Come stroll with us. A certified Forest Therapy Guide will guide you through the forest, igniting your senses, reducing stress/anxiety, and increasing your connection gently to nature's wellness benefits.
Your guide will be wildcrafting tea as we walk and sharing it with you at the end of the walk. You are welcome to also wildcraft as you walk.
Your time in nature is approximately one hour in length. It is not "hiking" and it is not "exercise". It's relaxation. You're invited to attend a tea sharing at the conclusion. The tea is brewed with items collected on the walk.
If you want to participate online, you simply register and then choose a location that's convenient for you. You can be in a green space indoors or outdoors. It's up to you. Your guide will lead you virtually from her location in the forest.
